Jelly Entertainment has appointed Kim Eaglestone as its new chief operations officer (COO).

An incredibly experienced figure within the gaming industry, Eaglestone’s newest role will see her entrusted with overseeing the delivery of the B2B game developer’s operational efforts.

She arrives at Jelly after just over four years with fellow supplier Light & Wonder, where she started as customer success manager in February 2020, before rising up the ranks to transformation manager and eventually leaving as head of UK studio.

Earlier this year, Eaglestone’s former firm entered into a partnership with Jelly Entertainment, which saw the games developer’s titles become available on Light & Wonder’s platform in May.

Prior to her most recent role was a 21-month stint as head of operations for Bounce Interactive between May 2018 and January 2020. A similar length of time was spent as manager of bingo at GVC Holdings, now Entain, from October 2016 to April 2018.

As well as Entain, Eaglestone’s experience at some of the most high-profile B2C operators also extends to Paddy Power, where she was manager of bingo in February 2015 until September 2016. That was after more 18 months at Betfair, initially arriving as bingo product and operations manager before being promoted to operations manager in July 2014.

Eaglestone cut her teeth in the gaming sector in 2011 with a two-year spell as 888’s (now evoke) product manager, where she was responsible for products and systems within the B2C bingo arm of 888.

Jelly confirmed Eaglestone’s arrival on LinkedIn: “B2B gaming supplier Jelly Entertainment is complementing its leadership team with the appointment of Kim Eaglestone as the new chief operations officer to oversee delivery and the operations of the business. Kim brings 15+ years with her of industry operational experience in both B2C and B2B businesses.”

The post also noted her history with various big-name operators.

Eaglestone’s appointment comes three months after Jelly made another high-profile addition in the form of ex-Raw iGaming head Silvio Insigne as the company’s new CFO.

As well as being tasked with overseeing all financial matters, Insigne is also expected to aid Jelly’s expansion efforts in the near future.
