PA Lottery Presents Commemorative Check to Winner of $1 Million Scratch-Off Ticket Sold in Fayette County

Belle Vernon, PA – Officials from the Pennsylvania Lottery and Foster House II, a Lottery retailer, today presented a commemorative check to the recent winner of a $1 million Scratch-Off ticket called $1,000,000 Winnings. The check presentation was held at Foster House II, One Cook Road, Belle Vernon, Fayette County, where the winning ticket was sold. The retailer will earn a $5,000 selling bonus.
