Donations to President Donald Trump’s new ballroom in the White House include some familiar faces from the sports world.

Buccaneers owners Edward and Shari Glazer and Mavericks owner Miriam Adelson, via the Adelson Family Foundation, are among the donors to the ballroom, which is estimated to cost $300 million and is being funded by private donations.

Adelson and her late husband, casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, have been among Trump’s biggest donors over the years, giving over $30 million to his presidential campaigns and PACs that support him, according to CNN. The Glazers have also previously donated at least $675,000 to Pro-Trump PACs, the outlet said.

Reps for the Mavericks and Buccaneers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

A number of large sports rights-holders also donated, including Comcast, Amazon, Apple, and Google. Jeffrey Sprecher, the CEO of Intercontinental Exchange, the NYSE parent company which invested up to $2 billion in Polymarket earlier this month, is also a donor. Hard Rock International, which operates Hard Rock Bet, is as well.

Donation sizes for each individual or organization were not disclosed.

“You probably hear the beautiful sound of construction to the back,” Trump told reporters this week. “You hear that sound? Oh, that’s music to my ears. I love that sound… It reminds me of money.”

In announcing the project in July, the White House said that it would be a “much-needed and exquisite addition” as it is “currently unable to host major functions honoring world leaders and other countries without having to install a large and unsightly tent approximately 100 yards away from the main building entrance.”
